Strategic Partnership Brings EVs and Charging Stations to Amazon's Delivery Network

Amazon India has joined forces with leading electric mobility firm Gentari to drive the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) in its delivery ecosystem. This transformative partnership marks a significant milestone in Amazon's sustainability efforts, further cementing its commitment to reduce its carbon footprint and promote a greener future.

Under the terms of the agreement, Gentari will supply Amazon with a fleet of EVs, including three-wheelers and four-wheelers, for use by its third-party delivery service partners (DSPs). This collaboration will enable Amazon to expand its electric delivery capacity, contributing to cleaner air and a more sustainable supply chain.

In addition, Gentari will establish dedicated charging stations at Amazon's delivery centers and other strategic locations to support the deployment of EVs. This infrastructure will ensure seamless charging operations, maximizing vehicle uptime and efficiency.
